How to ship an international package?It's easy! Bring your package to the Best Deal Shipping (8526 109 St NW Edmonton T6G1E5) We'll measure the weight and dimension of your package to get a quote for you. If you're ready to ship the package, we will create a shipping label for you. We will ask for the receiver's and sender's information (name, phone, and address, only for shipping purpose). A customs form might be required according to the requirements of the destination country (don't worry, we can help). Once a shipping label is created, we will let you double-check all the information on the label. If everything is correct, then the shipping label will be put on the package. The package will be picked up and sent to the destination address.

What documents do I need to submit if I would like to send my luggages overseas?It depends on your destination country. Different countries have different requirements. Learn more For example, to send your luggages to the U.S., a CBP Form 3299 is required. In this form, you will list all the items in your luggages and provide your personal information. To send your luggages to China, you may need to submit your recent flight ticket (From Canada to China) and a photo copy of ID to approve that all items in your luggages are your personal belongings. What shipping documents do I need to submit for international shipments?A customs invoice form is required for international shipments. It is the official transaction record between an exporter and an importer, and is relied on by customs officials to clear shipments across international borders. In this form, you are required to declare items in your packages and the value of each item.

What's the difference between envelope and parcel?An "envelope" shipment includes paper of little or no commercial value such as business correspondence, and generally doesn't require a customs invoice. A "parcel" or “package” shipment defines all other shipments and printed materials of value. Examples include clothing, automobile parts, sports equipment, books, etc. All non-document international shipments require a customs invoice.

How much do I have to pay for duties and taxes?Almost all shipments crossing international borders are subject to the assessment of duties and taxes imposed by the importing country's government. How long does it take for standard shipping?It depends on the destination place of your packages. Usually from Edmonton to the East provinces such as Ontario and Quebec, it takes 5-7 business days. From Edmonton to BC province, it takes 2-4 business days. If it's an international shipment, it may take 7 - 14 business days for standard shipping.
